1. Company Overview

P Casting, established in 1987 by Mr. Ibrahim Mondal, Mr. Samad Ali Mondal, and Mrs. Samsoon Mondal, is a reputed manufacturer and exporter of railway components and various types of casting items. We specialize in Aluminium Die Casting, Sand Casting, Zinc Components, Pressure Die Casting, and more. Our manufacturing processes are driven by quality, technology, and customer-specific requirements.

2. Use of Products and Services

All products manufactured and delivered by P Casting are intended for industrial and engineering purposes. Clients are responsible for providing correct specifications before placing an order. We ensure dimensional accuracy and conduct chemical analysis testing upon request.

3. Product Specifications and Customization

We use premium-grade raw materials and advanced manufacturing technologies to meet customized requirements. Once a specification is approved and production has started, no changes will be entertained unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

4. Quality Assurance

Our quality assurance process includes regular inspection, dimensional checks, and compliance with customer specifications. A test certificate (chemical analysis) will be provided upon request. All products are verified by our team of engineers and subject to industry-standard testing protocols.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are based on the scope of work and specifications provided. Taxes, packaging, and delivery charges, if applicable, will be additional. Payment terms are defined in the purchase agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur penalties or interest as per applicable laws.

6. Delivery and Timelines

P Casting strives to maintain on-time delivery of all products. Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, raw material availability, and other unforeseen factors. The company is not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Warranty and Liability

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a limited period, as specified in the agreement. This warranty does not cover damages due to improper use, modifications, or third-party handling. P Casting’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts, subject to review.

8. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders once confirmed and processed are non-cancellable. Refunds will only be processed if the product fails to meet agreed specifications and a written complaint is filed within 7 days of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, technical drawings, and documentation shared by P Casting are proprietary and cannot be used, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Any technical drawings, formulas, pricing, or communication shared between P Casting and the client are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without mutual consent.

11. Compliance

The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, industry norms, and regulations while using our products. P Casting is a government-authorized and GST-compliant entity.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in   Kolkata.

13. Force Majeure

P Casting shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to natural calamities, strikes, governmental regulations, supply chain disruptions, or any events beyond our control.

14. Modifications

P Casting reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review the terms periodically.
